We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist with a big appetite to learn and grow, to join our team of experts and help us develop and support digital transformation strategies for our clients.


The selected candidate will be responsible for managing both paid performance marketing campaigns and organic social media content for a diverse portfolio of clients and internal projects.


Candidates should demonstrate expertise in campaign management, analytics, and social media content creation, along with strong client management skills.



Core Responsibilities



Performance Marketing


  • Support components within performance marketing channels, including Search Marketing (SEO and SEM), Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising, Retargeting, and Paid Social Campaigns.
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Measure, refine, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance.
  • Plan, execute, and measure tests across ad creatives and landing pages to optimize conversion.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations and link-building strategies.
  • Collaborate with editorial and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve search rankings.



Social Media & Content Marketing


  • Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) through strategic content planning, daily posting, and active community engagement.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content, including posts, carousels, reels, and short videos.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform opportunities for real-time content.
  • Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and campaign rollouts.
  • Measure and report on social media performance using native and third-party analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic content and paid campaigns for maximum impact.



Cross-functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with account, design, and marketing teams to develop integrated digital plans that support client objectives.
  • Develop, communicate, and monitor growth and efficiency targets for both client campaigns and internal initiatives.
  • Coordinate the full campaign process end-to-end, including ad development, creative asset management, and reporting.



Job Requirements


The right candidate must have/be:


  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media channels for brands or agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite , LinkedIn Campaign Manager , or other scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting and content coordination skills.
  • Google Ads Certification and proven experience with SEO and SEM.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Figma for quick content adaptations.
  • Ability to self-manage while handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
