  • We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Social Media Strategist to drive exceptional results forour diverse client portfolio.
  • This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and other majorsocial platforms, coupled with the ability to define strong brand strategies across multiple industries.
  • Youwill be the primary expert responsible for client social performance, reporting, and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end paid social strategy and execution for a roster of clients acrossvarious e-commerce industries.
  • • Design, launch, and optimize high-budget, high-volume campaigns within Meta Ads Manager(Facebook/Instagram), focusing on full-funnel objectives from awareness to conversion(ROAS/CPA targets)
  • • Develop and execute campaigns on secondary platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest,tailoring strategy to each client's target audience and industry norms.•
  • Continuously test and refine advanced audience strategies, leveraging client data (CRM uploads,pixel data) to maximize ad relevance and efficiency
  • • Quickly adapt to and articulate a client's brand voice and identity, ensuring all organic and paidsocial content is consistent, engaging, and platform-native.
  • • Own the narrative on social performance, creating insightful weekly/monthly reports that tie socialmetrics (impressions, CTR) directly to business outcomes (leads, ROAS, pipeline value)
  • . Identify and proactively recommend new social opportunities, ad formats, and budget shifts togrow client performance and agency retention.Required Qualifications• Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in paid social media, with at least [3 years] in anagency setting managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Expert, hands-on proficiency in the full suite of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) tools andstrong working knowledge of other key social ad platforms
  • .Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex digitalstrategy to non-technical client stakeholders
  • .Advanced analytical skills, comfort with attribution models, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheetsand Google Analytics (GA4) or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience managing campaigns for E-commerce (DTC) clients
  • . Experience with advanced tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) for custom event tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
