Social Media Marketing Specialist
to strengthen our brand presence, grow our online communities, and drive meaningful engagement across all social platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, a trend-savvy creator, and an analytical thinker who understands how to turn insights into effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

Manage day-to-day activities including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers.

Produce high-quality multimedia content (graphics, short videos, reels, stories, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.

Analyze performance data to track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and audience growth, and provide actionable reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, product) to coordinate campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand innovative and competitive.

Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, monitoring, and performance analysis.

Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and community-building initiatives.

Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not required).

2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content best practices, and analytics.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Graphic design and video editing experience preferred.

Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
