We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, grow our online communities, and drive meaningful engagement across all social platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, a trend-savvy creator, and an analytical thinker who understands how to turn insights into effective campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Manage day-to-day activities including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers.
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content (graphics, short videos, reels, stories, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
  • Analyze performance data to track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and audience growth, and provide actionable reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, product) to coordinate campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and community-building initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice and visual identity across all channels.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content best practices, and analytics.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Graphic design and video editing experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
