Summary
'We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our diverse customer base. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing top-tier equipment solutions and outstanding service.'
Responsibilities
- Promotes an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer. Acts in a professional manner and provides a superior level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Create compelling and high-quality content to support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility. This includes content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Curate content for various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives. Assist in the development and execution of these campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making as needed.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related field or 3-5 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effectively communicates with customers, co-workers, and management in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Strong experience in social media management tools and social campaign strategies- Meta Suite, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Hootsuite, and other relevant software
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
