Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Social Media Marketing & Influencer Executive
Location: Remote (UK & Europe audience focus)
Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time (Basic salary + commission – negotiable)

Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with influencer experience to represent and grow our brand across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a strong on-camera personality who can actively engage audiences, create compelling content, and promote our weight management products through organic and live social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok Shop

* Create, edit, and publish high-quality video and image content

* Host live videos, live chats, and product demonstrations, confidently discussing our weight management products

* Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions

* Drive audience growth, engagement, and conversions through creative storytelling and influencer-style content

* Collaborate on content planning, trends, and campaign ideas

* Monitor performance metrics and optimise content for growth and engagement

* Build brand trust and credibility with a UK and European audience

Key Requirements

* Proven experience in social media marketing and/or influencer content creation

* Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live sessions

* Strong video editing and content creation skills

* Existing follower base with high engagement, ideally within the UK and Europe

* Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce is highly desirable

* Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms

* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
