Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

At Lenddoo Mortgage, we believe financing can be smart, simple, and empowering. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can bring our brand to life online, engage our audience, and turn content into conversation.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

✅ Develop creative campaigns that align with marketing goals and brand voice

✅ Design eye-catching visuals and write compelling captions for posts and stories

✅ Engage with our online community — respond to DMs, comments, and queries

✅ Monitor performance, report analytics, and continuously improve strategy

✅ Stay updated on mortgage industry trends and digital best practices

✔️ Someone creative, sharp, and plugged into digital culture

✔️ Strong communication skills and a natural storytelling style

✔️ Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and scheduling platforms

✔️ An understanding of what makes content click, convert, and connect

✔️ Previous social media experience preferred (internships count too!)
