Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who blends strategy with creativity - someone who understands platforms, trends, and storytelling, and knows how to turn content into conversations.

If you can plan content that performs, create scroll-stopping posts and videos, manage multiple brand voices, and execute campaigns in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You’ll be working across Unified Sports, Merch & Tales, and The Team Ex, managing their social media presence end-to-end and building strong brand recall, engagement, and growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Plan, manage, and grow social media accounts
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns
• Ensure platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as required
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging

Content Creation & Execution

• Create visually engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
• Write compelling captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs
• Translate briefs into high-impact social media creatives and narratives
• Collaborate with design, video, and events teams for campaign execution

Campaigns, Trends & Performance

• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience insights
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices

Team Handling

• Manage and mentor a team
• Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely posting and quality control
• Support intern learning, development, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Hands-on experience managing multiple brand accounts
• Strong understanding of content formats, trends, and audience behavior
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools

Work Details:

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Timings: Mon–Fri (10 AM–7 PM, Work From Office) | Sat (Work From Home)

Salary: Rs. 30,000 per month (plus bonuses and perks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
