We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist who understands how to combine content strategy, audience engagement, and platform trends to grow brands effectively across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies
  • Align content planning with overall marketing and branding goals
  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
  • Identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement

Content Creation & Planning

  • Create engaging content ideas for:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • X (Twitter)
    • TikTok/Reels (preferred)
  • Write captions, hooks, and post copy aligned with brand voice
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production
  • Suggest creative campaign ideas, trends, and promotional concepts
Community Management

  • Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally
  • Build positive engagement and online community presence
  • Maintain brand tone and communication consistency
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Analyze:
    • Reach
    • Engagement
    • Follower growth
    • Click-through rates
    • Content performance
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights
Trend Monitoring & Research

  • Stay updated with:
    • Social media trends
    • Viral content formats
    • Platform algorithm changes
    • Content strategies
  • Identify trending ideas relevant to the brand and audience
  • Continuously improve content strategy using industry best practices
Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in:
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Content Marketing
    • Digital Marketing
    • Brand Management
  • Agency experience is a plus
Platform Knowledge

Strong Understanding Of

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
  • TikTok/Reels (preferred)

Understanding of platform-specific content strategies and audience behavior is highly important.

Content & Creative Skills

  • Strong content writing and caption-writing ability
  • Creative mindset with understanding of visual storytelling
  • Ability to generate engaging content ideas consistently
  • Understanding of branding and audience targeting

Tools & Software

Familiarity With Tools Such As

  • Meta Business Suite
  • Canva
  • Buffer / Hootsuite (preferred)
  • Basic analytics and scheduling tools
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
