Position Title: Social Media, Marketing & Visual Merchandising Head

Department: Social Media & Marketing

Location: Jaipur

Reporting To: Managing Director

Experience Required: 4–8 Years (Preferably in Luxury, Jewellery, Fashion, or Lifestyle Industry)

Role Summary

Social media, Marketing & Visual Merchandising Head will lead the in-house VM activities, digital marketing, brand communication, campaign planning, and marketing operations for B2C and B2B verticals. This role requires strong creative, strategic, and operational skills to drive brand visibility, manage social media, coordinate shoots, handle collaborations, facilitate marketing proposals, and execute brand campaigns for Raniwala 1881 and Royal Rising.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Oversee in-house VM planning, execution, and display aesthetics.
  • Lead VM planning for B2B & B2C shows, exhibitions, and brand events.
  • Ensure branding and booth setup for national and international shows.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Respond to Instagram queries, forward client information, and manage communication.
  • Manage FB Suite replies and customer queries.
  • Track performance and promotions through Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Oversee posting of content across all social platforms.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars and execute digital content strategies.
  • Craft effective hashtag strategy for Raniwala 1881.
  • Execute weekly digital promotions, monitor analytics, and optimize performance.
  • Write content, captions, articles, and interview responses for magazines, blogs, and media.

3. Creative & Design Management

  • Design creatives for:
  • Raniwala 1881
  • Royal Rising
  • Create lookbooks for sourcing, shoots, and campaigns.
  • Develop concepts and execute in-house photoshoots.
  • Support campaign shoot planning (SS/AW/Pre-fall) including:
  • Garment sourcing
  • Props sourcing
  • Location recce
  • Coordination with teams
  • Support collaboration shoots.

4. Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute campaign launches end-to-end.
  • Make strategic decisions on marketing opportunities and share with management.
  • Prepare Press Releases for campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing hygiene and strategy across channels.
  • Build brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning.

5. Website & Online Platforms

  • Track, monitor, and coordinate the Raniwala website for updates, corrections, and improvements.

6. Marketing Operations & Coordination

  • Gather marketing proposals, conduct negotiations, and finalize collaborations.
  • Handle marketing calls and revert communication with vendors.
  • Coordinate sourcing requests including sending jewellery for shoots.
  • Communicate and coordinate with:
  • Stylists
  • Bloggers
  • Designers
  • Celebrities
  • Artists
  • Vendors
  • Mediators
  • Clear payments and forward bills for processing.
  • Maintain and manage the monthly marketing budget.
  • Build annual marketing strategy and yearly marketing plan with budget bifurcation.
  • Support store opening visits and branding coordination.

7. Events, Shows & Travel

  • Travel for B2B & B2C shows, exhibitions, and branding events.
  • Plan and execute fashion shows, booth branding, and marketing collaterals.
  • Travel for shoots as required.

8. Team Leadership & Management

  • Delegate tasks within the marketing & VM team and take daily updates.
  • Build marketing strategies and guide team members toward targets.
  • Provide a strategic roadmap based on brand study and peer analysis.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of luxury, fashion, or jewellery branding
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media tools & analytics
  • Creative design sense and hands-on experience with design tools (Canva/Photoshop preferred)
  • Excellent communication & content writing skills
  • Strong vendor negotiation & coordination ability
  • Ability to plan and manage large-scale shoots & campaigns
  • Good presentation and planning skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
  • Strong sense of brand positioning & consumer understanding

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Advertising, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in Marketing, VM, Branding, or Digital Marketing, preferably in luxury or fashion domain
  • Experience in photoshoot coordination, campaign management, and B2B/B2C exhibition marketing is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
