Social Media & Meta Ads Content Strategist + Designer

We are looking for a Social Media & Meta Ads Content Strategist + Designer who can plan, research, design, and produce high-performing social media content + Meta ad creatives.

If you know how to create scroll-stopping posts, engaging videos, and performance-driven ad creatives—this is the perfect role for you.

✔ What You’ll Be Doing

🔍 Research & Strategy

Competitor analysis using Meta Ads Library & social media audits

Finding winning hooks, angles, trends & content patterns

Using AI tools for idea inspiration & workflow support

Developing content strategies for both organic social media and paid ads

🎨 Design & Video Editing (Main Responsibility)

You will be the primary designer, responsible for creating:

For Social Media (Organic):

Static posts

Reels

Carousels

Infographics

Branding visuals

Story designs

For Meta Ads (Paid):

Problem–solution ads

UGC-style videos

Grid ads

“Ugly ads”

Lifestyle ads

Carousel ads

Thumbnails & hooks

Multiple A/B test variations

You must be skilled in:

Photoshop

Canva

CapCut

Optional: AI tools for ideation & supporting assets

🧠 Creative Planning

Turning research into content concepts

Weekly & monthly content calendars

Writing hooks, captions, and storyboards

Planning different angles for testing

Maintaining consistent brand identity

📊 Performance Review

Reviewing social media and ad creative performance

Studying what works and what fails

Suggesting new content formats & ideas

Improving future creatives based on data

✔ Requirements

Strong design sense (Photoshop + Canva)

Good video editing skills (CapCut)

Understanding of Meta ads creative psychology

Experience creating both social media posts + ad creatives

Familiarity with using AI tools to generate ideas & speed up workflow

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Must work on-site, 3 PM – 11 PM

Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands is a PLUS
