Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and English-fluent Social Media & Meta Ads Manager to join our remote team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage social media accounts and Meta (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) ads, and communicate directly with clients. Strong English communication, professionalism, and punctuality are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and conduct regular video meetings
- Explain performance results and strategies in clear, simple terms
- Create high-quality English content for social media posts, Meta ads, and emails
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for better results
- Prepare and manage monthly content calendars for clients
- Schedule posts and ensure timely approvals
- Monitor tracking, audiences, and campaign performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in a client-facing digital marketing role with specifically US market.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion)
- Ability to guide design concepts using Canva or similar tools
