Social Media Moderator

Job Description


• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a vibrant and interactive online community.

• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering positive engagement and interaction.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design to ensure brand consistency.

• Handle communications and reputation management on social platforms as needed.

• Remove spam, offensive, or inappropriate content in a timely manner to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

• Receive and Handle Online products orders received from the different online platforms till they are successfully delivered to the end user through the courier.

• Receive customers’ phone calls when needed, handling their concerns, providing the support needed to ensure their satisfaction.


Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in commerce, business or other marketing related field.

• Work Experience from 0 – 2 Years, fresh graduates are welcomed.

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media management and monitoring tools.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Willingness to work on-site in an office environment.
