Talent 360 is hiring Social Media Moderator for one of its clients

Expected Job Role

  • Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) daily for comments, mentions, DMs, and tags.
  • Respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Escalate sensitive or negative feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a positive, consistent tone aligned with the brand voice.
  • Help manage community growth and engagement by encouraging conversations and responding to followers.
  • Track trends in community sentiment and flag emerging issues.
  • Support the social team with content scheduling and basic reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align on messaging and campaign goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator, Community Manager, or similar role in a digital or creative agency.
  • Excellent written communication in Arabic (native-level) and good command of English.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
  • Strong understanding of community behavior and online engagement best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive comments calmly and tactfully.
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite is a plus.


Working Conditions

  • Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Work Location: On-site, Downtown office
