Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Part-Time Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of Infinity Protection and its affiliated companies.

This role focuses on content creation, branding, video editing, and social media growth strategies. The selected candidate will create 4–5 video posts per week, including both voiceover and non-voiceover content as per management requirements.

This position starts as part-time with strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish 4–5 video posts per week (voiceover and non-voiceover content as required)
• Manage social media presence across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Develop engaging short-form video content and creatives
• Plan and maintain weekly content calendars
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
• Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, business cards, and other promotional graphics
• Perform video editing using modern transitions, effects, and trends
• Record and apply voiceovers when required
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with virtual teams in Pakistan and the Philippines
• Support multiple affiliated companies and brand accounts

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
4-Hour Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EST)

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is PKR 20,000 per month, with structured increments up to PKR 35,000 per month based on performance, consistency, and overall contribution. Payments are made bi-weekly, and salary progression is directly tied to growth, reliability, and quality of work. Once the candidate proves worthy they will start from PKR 70,000 per month (Increase in future)

Probation Period

This position includes a 3-month probation period, during which performance, consistency, creativity, and reliability will be evaluated. Confirmation and continuation in the role.

Growth Opportunity

This role begins as part-time; however, high-performing candidates may transition into a full-time position as the company and its affiliated brands continue to expand.

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
