- Develops, implements, and manages our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X(formerly Twitter), TikTok, Threads, etc.).
- Schedule and publish social media content via social media.
- Develop and oversee influencer strategies and manage social media campaigns.
- Monitors and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjusts strategies accordingly.
- Collaborates with the digital team to integrate social media in to over all digital marketing campaigns.
- Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Responds to comments and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media plat forms, their features, and best practices.
- Creative mind set with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media.
- Proficiency in using AI Tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign and Premiere Pro (or similar).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field(preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
