Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Officer to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and help grow brand presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creative thinking, and knowledge of current social media trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media activities on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally
• Plan and execute social media campaigns
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing team for content creation
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
