Social Media Officer Of Fujairah FM

General Duties

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive digital media plans and strategies aligned with the Authority's objectives.
• Work closely with the media and content team to ensure coordinated efforts and the achievement of shared goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital media and implement them when required, in accordance with the Head of Department's instructions.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment in content broadcasting, publishing processes, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of digital content in coordination with the concerned staff.

Specialized Duties

• Create and edit innovative digital content, including text, images, and videos that meet audience interests.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms and websites, ensuring optimal timing.
• Use performance analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of digital content and advertising campaigns, and prepare detailed reports.
• Review and update content regularly to ensure it remains relevant and engaging to the target audience.
• Manage audience engagement across social media platforms and respond effectively to comments and inquiries.
• Prepare, schedule, and execute publishing plans to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Perform any other related duties as required by the Head of Digital Media Department based on operational needs.

A creative and detail-oriented professional with experience in managing social media for radio platforms, including digital content creation, audience engagement, and campaign optimization. Skilled in developing and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and promoting radio programs effectively. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and maintain a consistent brand presence online.

Qualifications

• Experience from 4 years and above
• Bachelor degree of social media or any related field
