About Us:
We are a growing power bank rental company in Qatar, dedicated to providing convenient charging solutions to the community. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated individual to support both our digital marketing efforts and on-the-ground operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging videos and images for social media.
- Run online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Provide customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor and supervise charging station operational data.
- Visit clients and charging stations to check performance and resolve issues.
- Refill or rearrange power banks when stock is low or misplaced.
- Perform simple bookkeeping and coordinate with the accountant.
- Report problems and assist in troubleshooting when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation (video & image editing).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage.
- Must own a car and be willing to travel to different client locations.
- Based in Qatar with valid residency.
