Social Media & Operations Associate

Doha, Qatar

About Us:
We are a growing power bank rental company in Qatar, dedicated to providing convenient charging solutions to the community. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated individual to support both our digital marketing efforts and on-the-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging videos and images for social media.
  • Run online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and supervise charging station operational data.
  • Visit clients and charging stations to check performance and resolve issues.
  • Refill or rearrange power banks when stock is low or misplaced.
  • Perform simple bookkeeping and coordinate with the accountant.
  • Report problems and assist in troubleshooting when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation (video & image editing).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage.
  • Must own a car and be willing to travel to different client locations.
  • Based in Qatar with valid residency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • art work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabics and English (Preferred)
