JOB DESCRIPTION: SOCIAL MEDIA & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (ONSITE)

ResultPrep is hiring a **smart, energetic, and responsible** Social Media & Operations Executive to support our growing team. If you enjoy digital content, coordination work, and managing day-to-day operations, this role is perfect for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, schedule, and post content on **Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms**
• Coordinate with faculty for timely updates and content flow
• Handle office tasks: **data entry, documentation, and basic reporting
• Make and attend **follow-up calls** with students, parents, and vendors
• Schedule school sessions and maintain regular communication with school coordinators
• Support management in additional tasks assigned
• Track engagement, messages, and responses across all platforms

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidates based in Vidyaranyapura, North Bengaluru
• Preference for Female Candidates
• Strong communication skills in **English**; Kannada is an added advantage
• Familiarity with **Instagram Reels, YouTube, Canva, and basic content tools**
• Must have a **two-wheeler** for school visits and coordination
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
• Prior experience in **social media, admin roles, or education sector** is preferred

TIMINGS

• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Monday to Saturday (Onsite)

• Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
