Social Media Personal Brand Creator — Audience Required

We are looking for a talented creator with an existing audience, strong on-camera presence, and expertise in a valuable niche to help build and scale a high-ticket online education, consulting, or coaching business.

This is not a normal social media job. *MUST HAVE AN AUDIENCE

The ideal candidate already has a personal brand or growing audience and wants to become the face of a serious business. You bring the audience, expertise, energy, and content.

We bring the offer strategy, funnel, backend systems, sales process, positioning, webinar strategy, and business growth infrastructure.

The goal is to build a premium digital business capable of scaling to $100K/month and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Create consistent short-form and long-form content around your niche
Host or co-host a weekly webinar, live training, or workshop
Build trust with your audience through educational content
Work with us to develop a premium offer, community, course, coaching program, or consulting product
Collaborate on scripts, hooks, positioning, storytelling, and sales assets
Show up as the public-facing creator while we support the backend business, funnel, sales, offer, and growth strategy
Review performance data and improve content, messaging, and conversion over time

What We’re Looking For

Existing public audience on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, newsletter, podcast, or community platform
Strong communication skills and natural on-camera presence
Clear niche expertise or personal transformation story
Comfortable posting consistently and being the face of a brand
Interested in selling a premium product, not just getting views
Preferably already monetizing through coaching, consulting, courses, affiliate offers, services, brand deals, or digital products
Comfortable with weekly live trainings, webinars, or sales presentations
Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to performance-based upside
Professional, reliable, coachable, and serious about building a real business
