Job Details:

Manage and develop the company’s social media presence across platforms including Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts in a structured and consistent way.

Plan, prepare, and execute weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaign schedules.

Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure all content is on brand and effectively engages the target audience.

Monitor key performance indicators such as engagement rate, click through rate, reach, and audience growth, and link results with overall goals.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and audience behavior to produce relevant and engaging content.

Propose new content ideas, formats, and strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and overall performance.

Manage daily social media activities and ensure timely posting across all digital channels.

Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Support campaign execution and contribute to improving overall digital marketing performance.

Job Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in social media management with proven growth in engagement and audience.

Strong ability to create engaging, creative, and clear content for different platforms and target audiences.

Good copywriting skills with the ability to adjust tone and style according to platform requirements.

Understanding of social media analytics tools and experience in preparing performance reports.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and content schedules efficiently under deadlines.

Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns and boosting strategies will be an advantage.
