1. Content Flow & Posting Mastery
- Own the daily posting schedule across all social platforms – Instagram and Facebook
- Ensure content is timely, accurate, and emotionally resonant - from field footage to product stories and campaign updates
- Keep the content pipeline full, fresh, and aligned with the Client’s storytelling direction
2. Real-Time Media Activation
- Monitor and publish live media updates from the field within minutes of receipt
- Collaborate with field teams to validate, caption, and amplify stories that matter most
- Maintain seamless coordination to ensure no story gets lost in the noise
3. Creative Collaboration with Client
- Serve as Client executional partner - translating his creative direction into action
- Share proactive ideas, feedback, and content themes to keep our pages dynamic and trend-relevant
- Ensure Client personal and organizational content is aligned, high-quality, and on-brand
4. Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track post performance daily, identifying what works and what flops - and why
- Feed insights back to Client and the social strategy team to sharpen future content
- Continuously improve our output based on data, engagement trends, and audience sentiment
5. Communication & Coordination
- Maintain clear and fast communication with Client and the broader media team
- Coordinate content calendars, approvals, and last-minute go-lives like a pro
- Be the “air traffic controller” ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Bonus Points
- Experience in humanitarian, media, or mission-driven storytelling environments
- Skilled in short-form editing (CapCut, Canva, Reels, etc.)
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Later, etc.)
- Fluency in English; Arabic or French a plus
