Duties & Responsibilities

• Support daily salon operations by ensuring all suites and common areas are clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming for renters and clients.
• Oversee basic salon maintenance — monitor lighting, towel inventory, restroom supplies, and report any issues right away.
• Manage the salon’s email inbox, Pumble messages, and renter communications, providing friendly, timely, and professional responses.
• Assist the salon owner with scheduling, booth rental communication, renter onboarding, and announcements.
• Create and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business, etc.) to maintain a consistent BCC Salon & Suites brand.
• Use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling apps to plan and publish content.
• Update and maintain the salon’s website and online listings with accurate team, service, and contact information.
• Help organize salon events, content days, photoshoots, meetups, and team meetings.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional environment that represents the values of BCC Salon & Suitesand its beauty professionals.
• Hybrid schedule with a mix of in-office and remote work, Monday-Friday

Skills & Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other social media tools.
• Comfortable making minor website updates (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with beauty professionals and clients.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating booking systems, cloud tools, and internal apps like Pumble and Canva.
• Interest in beauty, salon operations, social media, or marketing is a strong bonus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
