Position Overview

We are looking for a confident, professional, and motivated Female Fresh Graduate for the position of Social Media & Receptionist Intern. This onsite internship is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their professional career in a modern IT company and gain hands-on experience in social media management and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media platforms regularly
• Create and publish engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Respond professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Handle reception and front desk responsibilities professionally
• Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls
• Coordinate meetings and maintain office communication
• Support administrative and office management tasks when required
• Maintain a positive and professional company image

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with strong interest in social media and office management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Good spoken and written English
• Professional attitude with a presentable personality
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email handling
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
