Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to attract new customers and boost sales.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement.
  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and advertisements.
  • Manage social media accounts with tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and refining strategies for maximum reach.
  • Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Build strong relationships with followers and potential clients through personalized interactions, fostering trust and loyalty that translate into sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a focus on sales conversion.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and experience with video editing for multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of social listening platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry insights.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics concepts to track campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Ability to craft engaging copy with excellent proofreading skills while maintaining consistent brand voice.
  • Experience in social media management including scheduling, analytics interpretation, and campaign optimization.
