Social Media Specalist

Turkeyana Clinic is a modern, internationally-oriented aesthetic and healthcare clinic located at Ataköy Marina in Bakırköy, Istanbul, committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences through cutting-edge medical technology, accredited quality standards (ISO, TEMOS and Ministry of Health), and a friendly, ethics-driven team. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our growth-minded staff to develop and execute creative, patient-centric digital campaigns that build trust, support our health-tourism initiatives, and translate clinical excellence into clear, engaging content—always ensuring compliance with medical ethics and data-privacy requirements (e.g., KVKK).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging, on-brand social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create and manage daily content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
• Monitor performance and generate reports (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)
• Collaborate with creative and medical teams to produce informative and appealing content
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes
• Actively manage community engagement and customer interactions

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation and management
• Proven success managing social media accounts for healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics brands
• Strong understanding of digital trends, audience targeting, and performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Turkish,English is is a plus)
• Knowledge in design and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)

Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent content aligned with brand voice
