We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team and help manage our online presence across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling and engaging content tailored to each platform, including posts, stories, and multimedia content (images, videos, infographics).
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
