Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic  Social Media Specialist  to join our team and elevate our digital presence across platforms!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure impactful, on-brand content.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities.
• Moderate the social media pages.
• Foster community engagement through conversations, polls, live sessions, and giveaways.
• Grow followers and build loyal communities for the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with marketing, PR, and content creator to amplify campaigns.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• + 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and website traffic/conversion metrics
• Strong understanding of SEO and optimizing content for search engines
• Familiarity with Canva
