Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and digital marketing, with the ability to engage audiences and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities through social listening.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Skills

• Proficient in social media marketing strategies and tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
• Experience in content creation that resonates with target audiences.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools including Google Analytics for performance tracking.
• Ability to conduct keyword research for SEO optimization.
• Competence in video editing for engaging multimedia content.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Strong branding knowledge that aligns with business objectives.
