Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts to increase brand awareness, traffic, and online sales for the eCommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media campaigns for products and promotions.

Create and post engaging content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

Monitor trends and competitor activities to improve performance.

Run paid social media ads to drive eCommerce sales.

Respond to customer queries and comments on social platforms.

Track and report social media performance and ROI.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of social media platforms and eCommerce trends.
• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• 2-5 Year Experience with social media advertising is an advantage.

• Client Handling
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics & Search console
• Team Handling
• Strong knowledge of SEM
• Knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & Linkedin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
