Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Engage with followers and build relationships to foster community and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, public relations, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about changes and updates to social media algorithms and platforms, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in social media marketing and recommend innovative strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills is a plus.
