What You’ll Do:
Actively post content, comment, like, and interact with audiences across all social media platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, and Threads) to increase visibility and foster relationships.
Actively create and manage short form video content.
Strategically grow followers and increase engagement on all platforms by leveraging data insights and audience behaviour.
Stay updated on the latest social media hacks, platform trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal performance.
Track and analyse social media metrics to assess content performance and audience engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, marketers, etc.) to create viral videos and cohesive campaigns.
Regularly stay on top of trends to jump on.
Pitch creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategy.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Social Media Manager.
Proven, demonstrable experience and technical know-how, alongside a portfolio in social media management, content creation, and growth metrics.
Demonstrable expertise and understanding of short from video creation and management
In-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms, their technicality, algorithms, and best practices.
Knowledge of video editing and an eye for detail and synchrony
Excellent copywriting skills.
