Job Title: Social Media Specialist:

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and building strong brand visibility across all social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendars for all platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, captions, stories, and short videos tailored to each platform.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content distribution.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and brand partners to grow the community.
  • Monitor brand mentions, trends, and conversations relevant to the business.
  • Track performance of social media posts and campaigns.
  • Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, followers growth).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions.
  • Optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for promotions, product launches, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing team for campaign materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Suggest new ideas, formats, and strategies to improve social media presence.
  • Identify relevant hashtags, trending topics, and content opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) – video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience (Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant social media experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
