Position Overview

The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow our social media channels, create high-impact content, engage with our online community, and help drive attendance, brand awareness, and guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) showcasing rides, events, promotions, safety tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and guest experiences
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, community management, and guest engagement
• Capture onsite content, including live video during events, new ride openings, and seasonal activities
• Collaborate with marketing, guest services, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate communication
• Monitor social media analytics; prepare monthly performance reports
• Respond to guest inquiries in a friendly, family-oriented brand voice
• Support influencer partnerships, digital campaigns, and promotional contests
• Ensure consistency with brand tone, visual identity, and safety messaging
• Stay updated on social trends relevant to tourism, leisure, and family entertainment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in social media marketing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, attractions, or tourism
• Strong photography, videography, and short-form video editing skills
• Excellent writing skills with an upbeat, family-friendly tone
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics) and scheduling platforms
• Comfortable working outdoors and around water environments to capture content
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to work onsite in Ajman, UAE, including weekends and public holidays during peak seasons
