Social Media Specialist

Location: Remote (Philadelphia-based preferred)
In-House Requirement: Minimum of 2 in-person visits per month for content capture
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

We are hiring a driven, qualified and organized Social Media Lead to manage and grow the online presence of The Haven Café and Haven Hall Philly across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

This is a remote role with a minimum of two required in-house visits per month to shoot photo and video content. The ideal candidate is creative, consistent, and understands how social media drives real engagement, visibility, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for both brands
• Create, edit, and schedule posts, stories, and short-form video content
• Capture photo and video content during in-house visits
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally
• Plan weekly content aligned with promotions and events
• Track performance and adjust strategy based on results
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual quality

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand
• Strong photo and video editing skills
• Familiarity with platform trends, analytics, and engagement strategies
• Self-directed, organized, and deadline-driven
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through

• Fully remote with flexible hours
