Job Title: Social Media & Community Growth Specialist (Yousco Group)

Job Summary

Yousco Group is looking for a Social Media & Community Growth Specialist who knows how to do more than just "post content." We need a builder—someone who understands how to turn a silent page into a thriving community of thousands of followers.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of our growth strategy. You will live and breathe the Yousco brands, engaging with our audience daily and using creative, organic tactics to scale our presence in the Rent-a-Car and Holiday Homes sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic Growth & Community Building (Primary Focus)

Follower Scaling: Execute tactical growth plans to scale our accounts from hundreds to thousands of followers using organic methods (reels, trend-jacking, and high-value engagement).
Proactive Engagement: You won't just wait for comments; you will actively engage with potential customers, travel influencers, car enthusiasts, and local Dubai communities to put Yousco on the map.
Content Execution: Work with the Head of Marketing to produce high-performing Reels, TikToks, and Stories that are "save-worthy" and "share-worthy."
Direct Interaction: Manage all DMs and comments with a focus on converting followers into brand advocates for both the Rent-a-Car and Holiday Homes divisions.

2. Brand Reputation & Online Presence (ORM)

Sentiment Management: Monitor and maintain our reputation on Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and other social platforms.
Review Generation: Implement creative ways to encourage our renters and guests to share their positive experiences online.
Crisis Guarding: Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, handle negative feedback with extreme professionalism and speed to protect the group’s integrity.

3. Google Business & Technical Maintenance

GBP Optimization: Manage and update Google Business Profiles for all Companies and property locations.
WordPress (Optional): Assist with basic blog uploads or fleet/property updates on our websites as requested.

What We Are Looking For

The Growth Mindset: You must have a proven track record of growing social media accounts to thousands of followers (please include handles or case studies in your application).
Community First: You understand the difference between "broadcasting" and "building a community."
Visual Flair: You have a "good eye" for aesthetic content making our cars look sleek and our holiday homes look irresistible.
Tactical Speed: You can take a strategic direction from the Head of Marketing and turn it into a live post within hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in Social Media Management with a heavy focus on growth and engagement.
Tools: Master of Canva, CapCut/other mobile editing tools, and social scheduling platforms.
Communication: Exceptional English writing skills. You must be able to write captions that actually get people to hit the "Follow" button.
Reporting: Experience providing weekly growth reports (follower count, reach, and engagement rates) to a Head of Marketing.
Executes daily outreach and engagement
Sources and communicates with micro-influencers

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

Basic SEO or WordPress knowledge.
Experience in the Dubai real estate, Hospitality/tourism or automotive market.Filming, editing, and posting daily content
