Social Media Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager with strong designing capabilities to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, performance-driven, and experienced in both content creation and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content to increase reach, engagement, and followers
• Design high-quality creatives for posts, stories, reels, ads, and banners
• Develop and execute social media growth strategies
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content accordingly
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools
• Ability to handle both content strategy and creative design
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Good understanding of social media analytics and growth techniques
• Must have own visa or spouse visa
• Candidates without own visa will be considered more.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with video editing tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of paid ads is a plus
