We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage, develop, and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

Manage and maintain all business brand’s social media accounts across relevant platforms.

Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions.

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social channels.

Plan content calendars and manage posting schedules.

Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

Build, grow, and engage online communities

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and platform insights.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Optimize content and campaigns based on performance metrics and audience behaviour.

Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, PR, production) to support campaigns and initiatives.

Support and execute paid social media campaigns, including boosting posts and managing ads

Manage social media budget.

Oversee social media brand reputation and handle sensitive communications or escalations.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies.

Support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns through social media.

Test new content formats, tools, and platforms to improve reach and engagement.

Assist in communication planning and execution on social platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

Strong content creation skills

Proficiency with social media management tools.
