Social Media Specialist

We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Create content plans and write engaging captions (with creative content ideas)

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators to deliver posts and campaigns
• Schedule content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages where needed
• Track performance and prepare regular reports (Insights & Analytics)
• Support paid social campaigns (an advantage if you have hands-on experience)

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Familiarity with UAE market trends and audience behavior
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Previous experience in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team is preferred
• Experience working across more than one Emirate is a plus
