We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can think strategically, prepare organized shooting plans, and execute daily content with consistency.

Role Overview

This role includes:

  • Monthly content strategy
  • Detailed shooting list preparation
  • Editing short-form content from approved footage
  • Daily posting
  • Daily story management
  • Community engagement

Designers handle branded feed graphics. You focus on strategy, structure, editing, and execution.

ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with client goals
  • Create detailed shooting lists (hooks, talking points, b-roll, scene direction)
  • Structure content ahead of shoot days for efficiency

Content Execution

  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut
  • Post daily across relevant platforms (Instagram primarily)
  • Write captions aligned with brand voice
  • Create and manage daily Instagram Stories (Canva + native tools)
  • Ensure consistency and quality across accounts

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor engagement and respond to DMs/comments
  • Track performance metrics
  • Suggest improvements based on data

Required Skills

  • 1+ year managing brand social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of short-form content structure
  • Experience creating organized shooting lists
  • Proficient in CapCut (required)
  • Proficient in Canva (for stories and simple graphics)
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Organized and deadline-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
