SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Prismind Media, has been delivering technology and information services across various sectors since 2011. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media department and oversee all processes. Join our team at Folkart Towers in Bayrakli, Izmir.


Responsibilities


Monitor and improve organic and performance-driven social media traffic for company and competitor accounts.

Track algorithm updates across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter), and implement necessary content adjustments.

Conduct theme, trend, and content research; collaborate closely with the creative team to execute daily social media strategies.

Utilize social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and analytics tools (Looker Studio, Sprout Social) effectively.

Handle daily community engagement, monitor customer feedback, and assist in crisis communication.

Prepare regular performance reports (reach, engagement, conversion metrics) and share insights with the management team.

Perform competitor analysis to identify content gaps and proactively suggest growth-driven post ideas.

Assist in monitoring social media ad budgets and execute A/B testing for campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Create or coordinate brand-aligned, creative, and trend-focused content production, including shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks).

Coordinate and execute influencer collaborations and daily partnership communications.

Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline content creation and publishing workflows.

Organize and maintain content calendars, scheduling, and seamless publishing processes.

Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.

Attend relevant industry events and meetings as required.


Qualifications:


2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Solid understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and best practices for content creation.

Proficiency in essential tools: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Business, Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative execution skills.

Preferred: Hands-on experience in video production (shooting, editing, lighting setups) and visual design.

Practical experience in tracking data (reach, engagement, ROI) and generating performance reports.

Hands-on experience in community management and coordinating influencer marketing efforts.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical problem-solving mindset and adaptability to remote work or occasional business travel.
