Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels)
• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
• Run and optimize paid social media ads

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
• Experience with content creation and basic graphic design tools
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
