Social Media Content Creator Specialist
who is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and building engaging online communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-performing content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales across Instagram and TikTok.
The Social Media Content Creator Specialist will develop and execute content strategies, produce engaging short-form videos, and manage daily social media activity. This role requires a strong understanding of Gen Z digital culture, beauty/fashion branding, and trend-driven content creation.
Responsibilities

Create high-performing content that drives engagement, brand demand, community growth, and sales

Develop and execute monthly content strategies and calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and sales targets

Manage daily content creation and posting across Instagram and TikTok

Produce and edit engaging short-form content including reels, TikToks, stories, and trend-based videos

Plan and execute Instagram Story flows that increase engagement and drive conversions

Write compelling captions, hooks, story copies, and social media content aligned with the brand’s tone of voice

Translate product features into engaging content angles, hooks, and storytelling concepts

Stay updated with social media trends, viral audio, and Gen Z content culture

Assist in planning and executing content shoots, UGC shoots, and content days

Coordinate shoot logistics including bookings, props, timelines, and preparation

Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, routine-based, and product-focused content

Research competitor brands, campaigns, and social media strategies to identify growth opportunities

Support launch campaigns, PR activations, pop-ups, and product releases

Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to bring campaigns to life

Track performance metrics and optimize content weekly based on insights, engagement, and sales results
