Job description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media channels.
• Stay up to date with current trends, tools, applications, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Run social media audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Report on campaign performance and ROI to management regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
• Designs Portfolio

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Experience in video editing or short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok).
• Familiarity with SEO and email marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
