About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-driven Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow our salon's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, filming and editing videos, managing social media platforms, and helping increase brand awareness, bookings, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

• Create daily Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok videos, and social media content.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of salon services, treatments, staff, and client transformations.
• Create before-and-after content for hair, nails, lashes, brows, facials, and beauty treatments.
• Develop creative concepts, trending content, and viral ideas aligned with the beauty industry.
• Design social media graphics, promotions, and marketing materials.

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
• Schedule and publish content according to the monthly content calendar.
• Monitor messages, comments, and engagement.
• Increase followers, reach, engagement, and online bookings.
• Stay updated with beauty trends, social media trends, and competitor activities.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Coordinate influencer visits and content collaborations.
• Assist in planning promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by preparing creative assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Create content that drives bookings, memberships, and product sales.

Photography & Videography

• Film professional salon content using mobile phone and camera.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Create engaging Reels with trending audio and transitions.
• Organize and maintain a content library.

Reporting

• Submit weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
• Track KPIs including:
• Reach
• Engagement Rate
• Follower Growth
• Video Views
• Leads Generated
• Bookings from Social Media

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in social media management and content creation.
• Experience in beauty salons, spas, aesthetics, or fashion brands preferred.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

KPI Targets

• Minimum 2 Reels per day.
• Minimum 10–15 Stories per day.
• Minimum 4 professional posts per week.
• 2 influencer collaborations per month.
• Monthly follower growth target.
• Monthly booking and lead generation targets.
