Social Media Specialist – Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team and manage our social media presence and the online community.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-creating engaging content, growing our online communities, and driving brand awareness across all social media platforms.

While a strong foundation in the real estate industry is preferred for this role, it is not mandatory.

Platform Management & Organic Content Creation

· Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

· Co-plan, create, and publish engaging organic social media posts to drive organic growth and increase brand visibility.

· Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform.

· Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost a positive and interactive community foundation.

· Engage with followers by initiating conversations, answering queries, and addressing feedback promptly and professionally.

· Identify opportunities to join trending discussions and leverage user-generated content to build a loyal community.

· Track audience sentiment and provide insights to enhance content and engagement strategies.

· Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.

Creator Reels & Video Content

· Create, film, and edit engaging reel content showcasing properties, projects, events, and company culture across social media platforms.

· Collaborate with agents, marketing teams, and other stakeholders in the company to develop creative and trend-driven video concepts.

· Stay updated on social media trends, audio, and content formats to maximize reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

· Coordinate content schedules and ensure timely production and publication of reels aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

· Select the most effective video concepts, shots, and storytelling approaches to enhance audience engagement and generate leads.

· Monitor reel performance and provide recommendations to optimize future content strategies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management under Real Estate Industry.

· Proven ability to create and execute successful social media strategies.

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, social media listening tool, and data analytics

· Excellent writing, editing, and creative skills.

· Experience with graphic design and video editing tools for reels is a plus

· Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, content creation and growing connections.
