Social Media Specialist and Content Designer

This is your strategy, design, and publishing hire. They own the calendar, the ideas, the captions, and the static graphics.

Core responsibilities

Content strategy and monthly calendar (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Carousel design, story templates, quote cards, project showcase graphics

Caption writing in both Arabic (Emirati dialect when needed) and English

Concept development for video shoots, briefing the videographer

Community management (DMs, comments, lead qualification handoff)

Light video editing for quick Reels and trending audio posts

Coordination with the interior design team to source materials, mood boards, and project info

Performance tracking (reach, saves, lead inquiries)

Must-have skills

Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma or Canva for graphics

CapCut and InShot for quick mobile edits

Strong design sense aligned with luxury and classical European aesthetics

Bilingual Arabic and English copywriter

Understanding of platform algorithms and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
