Social Media Specialist (Arabic Speaker Required)

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi branch.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic (mandatory), highly organized, and experienced in managing and growing social media accounts professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies

Create monthly content calendars

Write engaging captions in Arabic and English

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts

Run and optimize paid ads campaigns (Meta Ads)

Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports

Stay updated with social media trends

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management

Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) – Mandatory

Good command of English

Experience with Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager

Strong copywriting skills

Experience in the UAE market is preferred

Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
