Social Media Specialist/ Content Creator

Your Role — What You Will Create , Content With Heart

• Capture real moments from our homes, designs, renovations, and lifestyle journeys.
• Create beautiful videos, reels, photos, and stories that reflect the essence of Rawi Life — warm, human, and purposeful.
• Develop content calendars that flow like chapters in a book — organized, smooth, and intentional.

Social Media Presence

• Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with our community with warmth, respect, and authenticity.
• Keep up with trends while staying true to our brand’s timeless voice.

Brand Storytelling & Vision

• Support the founder in bringing narratives to life — from interior design to hospitality to day-to-day inspirations.
• Maintain the visual identity and emotional tone of The Rawi Life across all platforms.
• Create campaigns, concepts, and ideas that reflect transformation, beauty, and truth.

Insights & Growth

• Study analytics and understand what resonates with our audience.
• Share monthly insights and creative suggestions to enhance reach, engagement, and storytelling impact.

Who You Are

• A storyteller at heart — behind the camera, behind the screen, and in your words.
• Experienced in social media management (2+ years).
• Strong in videography, photography, and editing (CapCut or Adobe).
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable navigating multiple brands.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Dubai and flexible to move between homes, sites, and projects.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with interior design, lifestyle brands, or hospitality.
• Ability to build mood boards and visual concepts.
• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with calm, elegant, emotional storytelling.
