Social Media Specialist / Content Creator

Role Description:

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and highly motivated Social Media Specialist / Content Creator who understands modern content strategies, platform growth, audience engagement, and most importantly has strong awareness and practical usage of AI tools in content creation and marketing workflows.

WorkPlace:

On-site in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow InterClean’s social media platforms
• Create engaging and high-quality content for different channels
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content production, ideation, research, and workflow efficiency
• Develop creative campaign ideas and monthly content plans
• Write compelling captions and marketing copy
• Design and coordinate visual content with the creative team
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies
• Cover events, product launches, and company activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, youtube and digital trends
• Experience with AI-powered tools for content creation, research, editing, and productivity is highly preferred
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Arabic & English
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
